Coach Cristian Garcia plays an important role within the club as an Assistant Coach working across all teams, bringing passion, energy, and a strong commitment to player development. At a young age, Cristian has already established himself as a coach who values learning, preparation, and building meaningful connections with players and families throughout the club.

Influenced by players like Luka Modrić, whom he admires for his intelligence, creativity, and leadership in the midfield, Cristian believes the game should be played with purpose and personality. His coaching philosophy is built around long-term development—focusing on technical ability, tactical understanding, and character growth—while ensuring every session is competitive, engaging, and intentional.
