TEAM CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS (Due Jan 28)

All rosters must be submitted through the GotSport registration system.

Guest Players or Club Pass Players must be included within the Event Roster.

Team Managers must have all player cards and medical releases for primary players and guest players available if a referee or tournament official requests them.

Any team that is unable to provide the necessary documents within 1 hour of request may forfeit the match in question.

This is a 'stay to play' event. This means, teams travelling from over 75 miles will need to use the tournament travel agent for all hotel booking needs. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event, or disqualification from advancing to championship rounds.

Requests for late games due to travel will not be considered. No one wants the early games; we get that.

Please ensure that your coaches are listed correctly for each team on your GotSport roster. If your coach is not listed correctly, then the schedule will not recognize potential conflicts. ​
