Development Player League (DPL)
The Development Player League (DPL) is a national platform dedicated to developing elite female soccer players through high-level competition and a player-centered approach. Houston Surf Girls Elite teams compete in the DPL to provide athletes with meaningful competition, strong developmental opportunities, and increased exposure as they pursue their long-term goals.
