Soccer has had a massive impact on Ken Fogarty's life. With a professional playing and coaching career spanning 50 years, Ken brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Houston Surf. His playing career included Stockport County in England, the Fort Lauderdale Strikers, and the Baltimore Blast. He later transitioned into coaching and technical leadership with organizations including the Tampa Bay Rowdies, Kansas City Wizards, and the Cayman Islands National Team. Ken has also served as Club Director for several major youth organizations, helping develop coaching education and player development programs.

For Ken, working with youth players and sharing his knowledge with fellow coaches is a privilege. He is truly grateful for the opportunity to have spent his career in the game he loves and continues to value the relationships and experiences that come with coaching.

At this point in his life, Ken believes every day is precious. Even after five decades in soccer, he recognizes that he still has things to learn and knowledge to share, bringing both experience and a willingness to continue growing to his role at Houston Surf.
