Lee Baker has impacted players and families in Northwest Houston for more than 40 years as a player, coach, and club director. The positive “Baker Family” influence has been felt across programs such as Klein High School, Texans Soccer Club, uScore Soccer, and now Legacy Soccer.

Since 2001, Lee has helped develop thousands of players, including professionals such as Brek Shea and Stuart Holden, while mentoring many young men and women who now make a positive impact throughout the community.

Lee’s teams have won major tournaments including the US Youth Soccer National Championship, Disney Soccer Showcase, and the Dallas Cup. His coaching philosophy emphasizes a positive, respectful environment where players develop confidence, think critically, and play with creativity, discipline, and passion.
