Drawing inspiration from Luka Modric, he embodies the values of hard work, intelligence, and resilience. Paul believes that success is built on overcoming challenges, much like Modric’s remarkable journey to the top of the sport.​

Starting his coaching career in 2016 with the Texans Soccer Club Youth Academy, Paul has cultivated a diverse coaching background. He has been an integral part of Legacy Soccer since its inception in 2020, where he has successfully guided competitive teams from U11 to U18, promoting four teams to the State Classic League and Frontier Conference. With a USSF D License and extensive experience, Paul understands the nuances of player development across different age groups.​

A lifelong supporter of Manchester United and the Houston Dynamo, Paul brings his passion for the game into every training session. He is known for being coachable, hardworking, and open-minded, fostering a humble yet driven atmosphere among his players.​
