Riley Sadosky
2013 Boys Black | 2016 Girls Black | 2016 Boys White I | 2016 Boys White II

Born on November 1, 2005, Riley brings a high-energy approach to the field and connects well with players through enthusiasm, relatability, and a strong passion for the game.

Inspired by Bruno Fernandes, Riley values a complete style of play that emphasizes work rate, responsibility on both sides of the ball, and a commitment to the team. Just as Fernandes contributes in attack while working tirelessly to defend, Riley encourages players to understand the importance of effort, teamwork, and accountability throughout the entire game.

Riley’s coaching development has been shaped by a number of important experiences early in his coaching journey. Being close in age to many of the players allows him to match their energy while building strong relationships that support learning and growth. Over the past five years, he has also had the opportunity to learn from experienced coaches such as Carl, Don, and Michael, helping build a strong foundation for his coaching philosophy.

Continuing education plays a key role in Riley’s development as a coach. After earning his US Soccer C License, one of the youngest coaches in the country to do so at the time, he continues to study high-level training sessions, learn from other coaches’ perspectives, and grow his understanding of the game. Riley has also gained valuable experience working with a wide range of players, from young beginners at summer camps to U19 players, allowing him to adapt his coaching to different ages and learning styles.

A lifelong supporter of Manchester United, the first professional team he ever watched, Riley appreciates the work ethic and passion that define the club’s style of play.
Riley looks for players who want to learn, are willing to work hard for themselves and their teammates, and bring a positive attitude to every session. His coaching philosophy centers on learning and hard work through fun and attention to detail, helping players grow both as athletes and as people while enjoying the game.
