Steven our Technical Director with a profound commitment to nurturing young talent and instilling a love for the game.

 

With extensive coaching experience across recreational to elite platforms, Steven has managed teams in Boys ECNL, USDA, Girls Academy, and MLS Next programs. He holds the U.S. Soccer A-Youth License and believes that true development starts with understanding the needs of each individual player and building a strong foundation for long-term growth.

 

Steven has a deep passion for continuous learning—not only in his own coaching journey, but in collaborating with fellow staff to challenge and improve each other daily. He sees the opportunity to "coach the coaches" as a privilege and takes great pride in fostering a culture of humility, growth, and shared purpose.

 

He emphasizes the importance of adaptability in coaching, tailoring training sessions to suit the unique strengths of each player. His philosophy centers on developing technically sound, intelligent, and confident players who thrive on and off the field.
