With 19 years of coaching experience, Steven Grave has dedicated his career to developing players at every level of the game. His experience includes leadership roles as Girls Academy Director, Boys ECNL Director, and MLS NEXT Coach. Having played soccer his entire life, Steven's mission is to pass on the joy of the game while helping every player reach their maximum potential.

Steven believes that soccer development should fit the player, not the other way around. Rather than expecting athletes to conform to a fixed club style, he believes in building teams around the individual strengths, abilities, and potential of each player. For Steven, this approach provides the best opportunity to develop complete, high-level players.
