Steven, our Technical Director, is dedicated to developing young players and fostering a lifelong love for the game. With extensive experience across recreational, competitive, and elite environments, he has coached within Boys ECNL, USDA, Girls Academy, and MLS Next programs.

He holds the U.S. Soccer A-Youth License and believes that true development begins with understanding each player’s individual needs while building a strong foundation for long-term growth.

Steven is passionate about continuous learning and values collaboration among staff, embracing the opportunity to “coach the coaches.” His philosophy focuses on developing technically sound, intelligent, and confident players who thrive both on and off the field.
