She specializes in building efficient systems, maintaining organization, and establishing clear processes that help teams and families operate smoothly.

 

Since the club’s founding in 2020, Kim has played a key leadership role in overseeing financial operations and supporting the continued growth and stability of Houston Surf Soccer Club. She works closely with families, teams, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are clear, processes run efficiently, and strong community relationships are maintained through transparency and fairness.
